Getting Started & Project Process

It's simple!
Initial Contact: Reach out to us with your project idea or vision.
Discussion & Discovery: We'll discuss your project in detail, answer your questions, and gather all necessary information. For some projects, this may involve an online meeting. We'll also establish a project timeline.
Proposal & Pricing: We'll provide an estimate for the total project cost.
Project Kick-off: Once you approve the proposal, we require an initial payment (typically 30%) to begin work.
Creation & Milestones: We get to work! For larger projects, we'll have agreed-upon milestones.
Delivery & Final Payment: Upon project completion, and after your review, the remaining payment is due.
Revisions (if needed): We'll address any revisions you might have (though we aim to get it right the first time!).
Project Completion: Your project is complete and ready to go!
This depends on the specific service and the nature of your project. For example, for a logo animation, we'd need your logo in vector format. For a website, we'd need content, branding guidelines, and your logo. We will clearly communicate what we need from you at the beginning of our engagement.
For the most part, we provide you with final deliverables that are ready to use. In some specific cases, like building a WordPress website, we might need access to your hosting account to set up your website directly on your server. We'll always let you know in advance if any specific access is required.


Payments & Pricing

Currently, we charge our clients using PayPal invoices. We are working on including additional payment methods very soon!
Yes, we require an upfront deposit of 30% of the total project cost. This is due after we've discussed and finalized the complete details of your project with you. The remaining 70% is due at the end of the project, after any revisions (if applicable) are completed.
For larger projects, we use a milestone-based payment schedule. A common structure is 30% upfront, 30% at a mid-project milestone, and the final 40% upon project delivery. The bigger the project, the more milestones we might incorporate to ensure smooth progress and manageable payments.
All our payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Yes, we believe in transparent pricing. We discuss and agree on the project scope and cost before any work begins. Any potential additional charges for out-of-scope requests will always be communicated and approved by you beforehand.


Revisions & Feedback

The number of revisions depends on the project itself. We pride ourselves on understanding and meeting our client's vision from the start. However, we typically include 2 to 3 rounds of free revisions to ensure you're delighted with the outcome.
A revision generally refers to minor tweaks or adjustments. For example, in a logo animation, a revision might involve changing small elements, colors, or timing, but not a complete change in the animation concept. For web development, it might be a change in font style or color, but not a redesign of an entire page layout that was previously approved. We'll clarify this based on your specific project.
If you require revisions beyond the included rounds, we will notify you first. Any additional charges will then be calculated based on the amount of work requested, and we'll get your approval before proceeding.
Please submit all your revision requests in detail via the same communication method you first contacted us with (email or WhatsApp). Clear and consolidated feedback helps us implement changes efficiently.
Hmmm... it depends! If it's a very small tweak that won't require significant time, we might be able to do it for free as a gesture of goodwill. Otherwise, additional charges for revisions may apply. We'll assess the request and let you know beforehand.


Communication & Timelines

We primarily use email, WhatsApp, and Google Meet for online meetings to stay in touch with our clients.
We offer full communication support in both English and Arabic. Our team is proficient in reading, writing, listening, and speaking in both languages to ensure clear, effective, and seamless collaboration throughout your project.
We strive to respond to all client inquiries in less than 2 hours during our operational times.
We will keep you informed about your project's progress through our agreed-upon communication method (email or WhatsApp).
Our project delivery timelines are estimated based on the scope of work and our extensive experience with similar projects.
The most common factor that can affect project timelines is delays in receiving client feedback or necessary materials. Scope changes can also impact the schedule.
We always build a buffer into our project timelines to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and ensure we meet your expectations. For example, if a project typically takes us a week, we might quote 10 days to allow us to handle any unexpected bumps. If a significant issue arises that might cause a delay, we will notify you promptly and discuss how we'll try our best to meet the project timeline or adjust accordingly.


Ownership, Usage Rights & Confidentiality

Once the project is completed and the final payment has been received, you, the client, own the final deliverables. You are free to use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit.
Clients have full usage rights to the custom work we deliver. This means you can use it however and wherever you need without restrictions, including editing, publishing, and distributing across any media.

Important Note: If your project includes licensed stock media (like stock photos or music), you must comply with the licensing terms of those specific assets. We will always inform you if such assets are used. Similarly, if we've utilized a pre-existing template or framework (e.g., certain WordPress themes), your rights may be subject to the original creator’s terms.

We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials to showcase our capabilities unless you specifically request otherwise.
The confidentiality of our clients' information, identities, and data is paramount. We do not share or sell any client information.
Yes, certainly. We are open to signing NDAs to ensure your sensitive information is protected.


Support & Maintenance

Yes, we do. For example, we offer 1 month of free support for websites we build, which includes fixing any bugs related to the original scope of work.
The free support period (e.g., 1 month for websites) covers issues directly related to the main requested project work. After this period, maintenance fees will apply for ongoing support. Please note that any requests for additional features or work not discussed and included in the original project scope will incur additional charges, even during the free support period.

Refund Policy

We aim for complete client satisfaction and have a strong track record. However, here's our policy:

• Project Canceled by Client (Early Stage): If you cancel the project shortly after it has started, before any work has been delivered, and after the initial 30% deposit has been paid, a full refund of that deposit will be applied, assuming no deliverables have been provided.

• Project Canceled by Client (Mid-Project/Milestone): If you cancel in the middle of the project or during milestone payments, you will be provided with all work completed up to the point of cancellation. In this case, all payments made up to that point will be retained by the agency to compensate for the work done.

• Unsatisfied Clients: While we've never had to formally process a refund due to dissatisfaction, our goodwill commitment means we will strive to go beyond the original budget and paid amount to meet your satisfaction and rectify any issues. Open communication is key.
